Deputy Leader of Islington Council, Cllr Janet Burgess, said: "For a few years now, Daylight has been putting on fantastic musicals and each year they get better and better. This year they went even further, putting on an additional matinee, which myself and the Mayor had the great pleasure of watching. This year, what made it extra special was not just that it was a chance to showcase the talent of Daylight's hardworking cast; it was a chance to captivate and inspire dozens of local schoolchildren too and brought together different parts of our community.
