Islington Council leader Cllr Richard Watts

Have your say at Leader's Question Time

Islington residents are invited to join council leader Cllr Richard Watts to have their say at next week's Leader's Question Time.

People can ask questions about local issues that matter to them at Whittington Park Community Association (The Lounge Room), Yerbury Road, N19 4RS, from 6.30pm-8pm on Monday 1 July 2019.

Residents can ask questions about any local issues that matter to them. The meeting will be independently chaired by Cassie Moss, Headteacher at Yerbury Primary School.

Cllr Watts said: "We want to make it easy for people to ask questions about the things that matter to them. I’d like to invite all Islington residents with something to ask to Whittington Park Community Association on July 1. I look forward to hearing from lots of people on the night."

If you would like to submit a question in advance, or if you can’t attend the event, you can email your question to leadersquestions@islington.gov.uk. Or you can just turn up on the night to ask your question.

A Twitter hashtag #LeadersQT has been set up so that residents can join the debate on Twitter. For the latest updates follow @IslingtonBC.
