Hillrise by-election result
Shreya Nanda has been elected as a councillor for Hillrise ward, following a by-election on Thursday, 15 August.
The number of votes cast for the five candidates in the Hillrise by-election was as follows:
- Shreya Nanda – Labour Party - 968
- Alex Nettle – Green Party - 322
- Maxim Parr-Reid – Independent - 54
- Alison Stoecker – Independent – 539
- Imogen Wall – Liberal Democrats - 350
There were 10 rejected ballots. The turnout was 20.49 per cent, with 2,243 votes cast.
