Murder investigation in Islington - council Leader's statement
Cllr Kaya Comer-Schwartz, Leader of Islington Council, said: “I’m deeply saddened that a 19-year-old man has tragically lost his life following a stabbing in Islington today.
“My thoughts and condolences, and those of Islington, are with his family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
“The Metropolitan Police has launched a murder investigation and we are working with them to support the community, including extra patrols locally.
“If you can help with the investigation in any way, please get in touch with the police or Crimestoppers.”
