Statement on the Big Dance

Islington Council’s executive member for community development, Cllr Kaya Comer-Schwarz, said: “Islington Council recognises the important role that the arts can play in helping residents lead happier, healthier lives. The Big Dance is a fantastic opportunity to raise the profile of dance in the borough and do something different, together, that makes you feel fantastic. Who knows – it might even inspire the next Justin Timberlake or Beyonce!"
