Your chance to quiz Islington Council’s leader

Islington residents are invited to put their questions to Islington Council leader Cllr Richard Watts at a public meeting on Monday 30 October.

The latest Leader's Question Time will take place at St Stephen’s Church Canonbury, 17 Canonbury Road, from 6.30-8pm.

Residents can ask questions about any local issues that matter to them. The meeting will be independently chaired by Islington Borough Commander, Paul Hobbs, from London Fire Brigade.

Cllr Watts said: "Leader's Question Time is a great chance for residents to ask questions about the things that really matter to them. From local issues they want to raise with me, to questions about something the council is doing, I’m happy to answer anything that people put to me.

“I look forward to hearing from lots of people on the night."

To submit a question in advance, or if you need an interpreter to attend the event, please email leadersquestions@islington.gov.uk. Questions can also be asked on the night.
