Islington Council has planted some of the borough’s first trees from the ‘Forest for Change’ exhibition at Hugh Myddelton Primary School, as a symbol of its ongoing commitment to creating a cleaner, greener, healthier borough for all.

Today (Monday 29 November), Islington Council launches its biggest-ever public engagement programme in a bid to explore local people’s experience of inequality and, with local communities, help build a more equal borough together.

A new Covid-19 vaccination centre has opened at Resource for London on Holloway Road, making it easier for local people to access the vaccine and protect themselves, their loved ones, and their community this winter.
