Cllr Diarmaid Ward, Islington Council’s Executive Member for Finance, Planning and Performance, said: “Today’s Government autumn statement puts even more pressure on local people to pay for the cost of living crisis.

Islington’s young people have elected 14 of their peers to represent them and champion issues that are important to them for the next two years.
